Hi, my name is Krystyne Ferguson...

 

I'm am an extremely passionate organic, natural light photographer located in Toronto's Beaches area.  I am a loving wife to Todd, and Mommy to our gorgeous daughter Olivia and sweet little son, Dylan ....I am constantly looking to capture memories for people who are looking to create them.

 

Olivia was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when she was three years old. As a parent, you want to protect your child from every possible struggle, but her unique perspective on the world has taught us so much about life and love. We spend every day celebrating success, learning from failure, and enjoying each moment we have together. She has blossomed into a bright and beautiful little kid who graciously tolerates her Mommy following her around with the camera, snapping picture after picture! Olivia encourages us to slow down, smell the roses, and make each second count. Because of her, I have really learned to find beauty in the little things, and I hope that translates to my photography.  Dylan is a laid back, smiley toddler who came into our lives and made me realize how important slowing down time is...so I have been enjoying photographing him and watching him grow!

 

I invested in my first camera 10 years ago, deciding I wanted to preserve my memories of Olivia's precious babyhood.  Much to my surprise, people adored the photos I took of Olivia in her early years! They asked me to help capture their family and life events as well, and my passion for photography awoke in those first sessions and Krystyne Ferguson Photography was born. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with many people, and created wonderful memories and keepsakes along the way. I specialize in fun and informal family sessions, gentle newborn sessions, and joyful events of every kind. My goal is always to make you and your loved ones comfortable, and to allow your spirits to shine through.  Years later you will be able to look through your photos and be instantly transported back in time to that special day. I get goosebumps during my shoots! I really love my job!
